Went to get 8 dip nails off (2 had already broken). After waiting 5 minutes before even being greeted and another 10 to be seated, she clipped all of my nails off with the dip still on (which is very painful) and then she just popped the rest off. Very damaging, painful, and something I could’ve done myself. Then she tried to charge me $15 for it. When I refused to pay she said “go and never come back you’re stupid.” Don’t worry little lady I’ll never be back.

Walked in to get a pedi, didn’t have to wait long at all. I got the number 2 $33 special and got a nice massage, and everything they used smelled so good! I enjoyed my visit. Everyone was very friendly and nice place!

I decided to come here for my birthday to treat myself but forgot that most places were closed for Memorial Weekend. I came back the next day (today) to get an ombre french manicure and a pedicure. I love ❤️ the outcome of both. The music was relaxing and it wasn’t busy when i came at a little after 5pm. I’ll definitely be back the next time I can.

Went to get gel nails the day before my vacation and an hour later they were chipped. Went back the next day before I left for FL and I asked them to redo the set but they only fixed the 4 nails that were chipped already. It’s day 4 of having them done and they’re coming off in whole sheets and every one of them is chipped and my real nails underneath are ruined. Will never return to Anna Nails.

Horrible. Three us us went for a pedicure along with my husband who thought it would be fun to hang out with us. The person ding the pedicure dug into the sides of his toes to cut the nail and he was in pain. He asked her to stop and at first she wouldn’t. When she stopped he asked her not to do it and she resumed. We know she understood what he said because an employee in the room, who can speak english, told her what he said yet she refused to stop. Husband got up and walked away. This was just minutes into the pedicure. They charged him full price. One star for location but we won’t be going back. This was our second mediocre visit.

Surprisingly rude… I used to be a regular a few years ago. Came back yesterday, and received a pedicure. The employee never even asked me which pedi I wanted, and automatically did what they wanted. At the end, it was almost 100$ JUST FOR A PEDICURE! Even though I got gel, and knew it was going to be a little pricier, I was baffled. I understand prices are high right now, but come on. At least offer different pedi services for people because not everyone has the luxury of getting a higher priced pedicure. Will not be returning.
