The owner of this establishment was very rude and unprofessional. I walked in the door @ 4:30PM and was not even greeted before the owner rudely stated they closed at 5PM and that she was not taking anymore clients. This is not the first time I had a bad experience with the owner. I thought I would give her another chance because she did such a good job on my eyebrows last time but after today I will not be returning.

Went to get my eyebrows threaded and she told me to “wait 5 minutes until she was done on her smoke break”. I was the only one there. Customer comes first. The lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never spend my money here. I left and she yelled at me as I was leaving. No wonder you have no business at 1 on a Saturday.

The older lady was very rude. She was outside smoking a cigarette and didn’t even bother to wash her hands. She was working on someone’s lashes so I simply asked how long and she said she doesn’t know. So I told her I would be back in about 5 mins or so and she just started going off so I walked out. I will never be back to this place. The only reason I went is because they were the latest open. I’ve been before and she always cuts the tail off my eyebrows. This was the last straw

Lady literally was so rude to my teenage daughter! Do not go here she hates her job and her life ! She cussed and yelled at me and my teen baby until we made it out the door . I have never had a worse experience at a brow shop. My daughter even asked her if she was on lunch break before the service . We offered to wait until she was done eating . We did not deserve that . Passive aggressive! We feel attacked !

I always go out of my way to get my eyebrows done here by the same lady. She is so sweet and always shapes my eyebrows perfectly. She even fixed the bad wax job i got which made me look permanently confused. She is very professional and I always look forward to going in to get my eyebrows done here.
