Anna provided a wonderful facial for my 92 year old father. He was very relaxed when he got home and immediately fell asleep. His skin looked brighter when we left. He had a lot of clogged pores. She sterilized the instruments before and after using them. She offered products for skin care at home which we bought and loved. She is very compassionate and caring. She educated me about some opportunities to help my father with his care. I learned that Shishedo has foundation for people of all ethnic backgrounds. It was one of first skin care lines and has been around 150 years. I will be back, Anna.

I hired the owner to do hair and makeup for my wedding. Not only was it unbelievable that bridal hair and makeup took 4 hours, the makeup turned out so clumpy on the skin that I had to redo it myself. Many people were witness to this. Thankfully, I have a lot of makeup experience from dance performances that I was able to redo it in a timely manner. Not only did she not take any responsibility for her action, her attitude was extremely rude. She was rude to my guests who were pointing out earlier on that the makeup doesn’t look right (aka the clumping on the skin). She blamed my skin for the failure of the makeup application. Yes it is possible that some people’s skin do not gel with certain produce but I am not allergic to anything and I’ve been dancing since I was 6, I’ve used all sorts of products and had all sorts of products used on me. I’ve had professional makeup done many times in my life too for dance and for photo shoots in China. None of the products turned out clumpy on my skin. As a professional if you see you should realize it right away and make corrections, not after 5 hours of getting ready. She was also extremely unprofessional passing out business cards at my wedding reception as if it were a marketing event. Lastly, in my decision to hire her, she agreed to help the groom with makeup and help the brides with some simple braids and change my hairstyle and do makeup touchups. None of these were performed. Only hair and makeup for the bride, of which only the hair was satisfactory.
