I was really excited because I heard great things, but when I got home, my fingers were literally raw. The guy who did my nails was so nice and super funny, but he kept telling me that he was still learning. I thought that if that were the case, my nails may not be perfect or I wouldn’t be charged the normal amount, but no. My nails had bubbles, he filed them down so much that my skin was raw and cracked. He was very meticulous, in a good way, but I wasn’t expecting to have my fingers bleed once I got home.

Ann Phillips Nails and Spa has more than surpassed my expectations. I went this fall for my first acrylics on recommendation from my now mother in law. I wanted a nice French manicure for my September wedding, although I am a chronic nail biter. Phillip absolutely delivered, I felt so glamorous. Since then, I have gone a few other places for fills due to my ridiculous schedule. But after going back to Ann Phillips tonight, I already don’t want to go anywhere else. A different gentleman did my nails tonight, but he did an absolutely amazing job. He was attentive to shape and detail, explained what he needed from me (I’m still not sure what to do with the other fingers!/ Awkward hand) and have felt rushed and judged at other nail places. I would absolutely recommend Ann Phillips nails and spa. Would also recommend bringing cash for tip- you can’t do it on the card!!

I’ve been having a difficult time finding a nail salon that is consistently good at what they do. Ann Phillips Nails and Spa is exactly that, consistently good. I will be coming to them for manicure and pedicure for my upcoming wedding along with my bridal party!

I got my ombre full set fixed by Phillips at Ann Phillips and it is everything I ever wanted! He was very professional and kind and I love the work he did. They feel and look spectacular — way better than the botched job I got at the Nail Studio in Ithaca. My pedicure was also very thorough and amazing quality. Thank you, Ann Phillips! This place is so nice. It’s always quiet and calm in here. The staff are so friendly. I recently got eyelash extensions here after a fiasco at another place and I was blown away by the quality of the work. Highly recommend. I fell asleep while getting them done that’s how amazing it was.
