Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuei’ve been going to abby at ann’s nails in helotes (near the walmart) for almost a year now, i seriously will 1000003% only only go to her salon i’ve jumped around/tried out several nail salons in san antonio bc i like a very specific shape & consistency when getting my diva claws put on. other salons haven’t been able to get the coffin shape nail perfectly consistent on all of my fingers & she does every single time, that among other reasons is why i will only see her/go to her salon. i really care about my nails they’re a form of expression & creativity to me, i’ve gotten so comfortable i actually just pick a main color & tell abby to do whatever she wants with designs & i’m always impressed. i’ve never trusted another nail artist to completely do whatever they want. it only takes AN HOUR for my crazy design nails & i get a brand new dipping set every single visit!!! i got my nails done recently i was apprehensive bc cvoid but her salon is very well kept & clean. wear a mask & she’ll have u wash your hands when you walk in. i go by appointment but i’ve seen walk in’s get serviced pretty quickly. the pedi’s are relaxing & everyone is kind i’ve never felt tension or been uncomfortable there.. so i keep going back & it just gets better & better!!!!!
