She cut my cuticle too deep. I bled for hours! It wasn’t just a little short. She didn’t even apologize, she just kept using her towel to keep wiping away the blood as if I didn’t realize that she cut me! I about jumped out of the chair and she looked at me. She knew it hurt and was still bleeding as I walked out. She didn’t even offer a discount. I paid full price

I went there when I was younger, planning another trip soon but I remember just loving going there and getting my nails done with such great service too! I stopped because of my ingrown toe nails, sadly still have them, but otherwise I wasn’t into my fingernails till now otherwise I have gotten them done before there. 10/10. Manicure, Pedicure, Nail art

The place was clean, and all seemed very friendly. I liked that they opened earlier in the day than most places. I was a little concerned that they didn’t wear gloves, (Aren’t people supposed to wear gloves when they do your feet??) I thought it was very affordable, but next time I will be sure to bring exact cash to pay for ($32) because when I checked out she took what she expected for a tip. I didn’t say anything about it because they were mostly friendly. The water wasn’t as warm as I would have liked, but I felt like she did a good job on my nails. I would go back. Next time I intend to bring along open-toed shoes, because even though they weren’t that busy, they kind of suggested I should leave after just a few minutes. I got home and my toes were smudged because of my winter shoes. I should have known to bring other shoes I guess.

I LOVE Ann Nails and the technicians who work there! These ladies are super friendly and they go out their way to do whatever crazy nail design I may ask for. These ladies always greet their clients with a smile and do their best to accommodate the clients, even walking less stable, older clients out to their cars so they won’t have to worry about slipping in the winter. The women know their clients and talk to them about their lives, just like any two friends would if they sat face to face. Ann is very sweet and she has filled her salon with women who are kind and caring. The team work of the ladies is awesome, if I wanted a more complex design that one technician was uncertain of she would start my nails, so I wouldn’t have to wait, and then switches me to a more artistically oriented technician to do the design. I have never had a less than satisfactory experience in the salon. For those who posted about negative experiences I honestly have to question if you were actually at this salon? I have never heard anything negative from anyone who has gone to Ann Nails. I have been going to Ann Nails for about 2 years and I know people who have been going much longer and we all love the friendships and services provided! I LOVE Ann and her girls! Thanks for being so amazing ladies and keep up the good work!!

They over drill nail bed & cuticles to the point of bleeding and always act like they’re too busy for walk ins even when there’s no customers inside

My nails were trimmed and filed and left in poor shape and she put on too many layers of polish without letting them dry in between. Then they didint dry properly and they were ruined. I will not return there.

I had thever best experience here! The tech that did my pedicure was so nice, and the employees know many of the frequent customers by name. It really feels like a small-town, caring environment. I loved it and will return. Additionally, it was very sanitary.

Very disappointed in service. I have been getting my nails done here for years and the service has declined. They are rude and act like you are an inconvenience. My nails were different lengths and crooked. I tried to explain I like my real nails underneath filed off (as I always get) and was told she would try. It was a bad attempt she left nail behind and they looked tacky. Paying $50+ for crappy nails pisses me off. I was forced to give them one star to be able to post review. They are not worth even that. If you want friendly service this not the place. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

Horrible experience here the other day. I only went there because mine was closed for the holidays. The ladies were horribly rude. I was being very polite and asking them questions and they didn’t feel the need to respectfully answer. They were very demanding and rude. While having my pedi another lady started my manicure while I was on the chair. I totally understand multitasking and getting clients done, but in a respectful manner. I was very uncomfortable and couldn’t enjoy my pedi. Then she split oil ALL over my coat and laughed about it. I was livid. Then she asked me where my purse was. Which confused me. I said I didn’t have one. (My grandma was paying for me) She rudely asked where my credit card was and wanted me to pay before paying. I almost stormed out. I just wanted a simple pedicure and just wanted my nails cut and cleaned up. They charged me $50 for a horrible experience. Something that would have cost me $30 at my normal salon. I have NO problem paying for my nails to get done when it is done correctly. They will NEVER get my service again. My grandma was also getting her nails done and was just as livid as I was. We will never go back. Go check out their neighbor salon, Pro Nails. You won’t be disappointed!
