First time ever visiting Ann Nails and I will never ever be back! The pedicure I asked for is not what I got I’m not sure if they didn’t have the products or what but I was still charged full price. The lady who did my pedicure was an older lady I’m assuming the owners wife. She was very rough and aggressive not welcoming and friendly at all. She handled me as if she was annoyed and did not want to do her job. The pedicure sucked! My manicure I was charged $35 for basically dipping my fingers in water and getting them painted I could have done it myself. She constantly was tugging and pulling my hand aggressively. She cut and trimmed my nails and caused me to bleed on the side of my middle finger which then got infected. My finger swoll up and was red for 2 weeks. I do not believe they use individual new none open packaged tools everything was already open and there was no way to tell if it was sterilized or not. I was very upset and disappointed in the treatment and the prices for the horrible job that was done. I will never ever be back!
