Arrived and the lady didn’t let my feet soak. She was rough with the instruments on my nails. She asked if I wanted her to cut my nails down and I said yes and then she cut the first toenail all the way down. I told her to stop and that I was getting French. She replied, “Yes French can be short”. I never told her I wanted it short! I didn’t even let her finish…I walked out!

Critical: ProfessionalismUmmmm this place is mediocre at best. Old looking in the inside not super organized or anything. I went for a polish change and the lady was just rude and acted as if I was bothering her for getting a polish change. So with that said I will definitely take my money elsewhere next time. I tried them because they are 7mins from my house if that. And usually go to a place in Annapolis and next time I’ll do just that.Ummmm this place is mediocre at best. Ummmm this place is mediocre at best. Old looking in the inside not super organized or anything. I went for a polish change and the lady was just rude and acted as if I was bothering her for getting a polish change. So with that said I will definitely take my money elsewhere next time. I will never come here again. I’ve been coming to Holly for about a yr. No communication what so ever. One person tells you one thing and then someone tells you another.Called to make an appointment today was told by Ann (the owner) to come to my appointment at 1:40 I get there someone else is in the chair and she tells me she has another appointment soon… Like how were you going to do my appointment if you have someone coming in. I’ve spent so much money at this shop & brought them so much money like it’s ridiculous! Holly has become so sloppy this her work. My nails no longer last. 4 nails in the last week & I’m really careful with my nails. No longer will I spend my money at a place that doesn’t appreciates my business!

Went today, Thursday, got there at TEN, was seated immediately, I didn’t leave until ONE, all I got was a pedicure and regular polish on my nails, that’s it! They had the new girl do my nails, she did a horrible job, and someone else ended up repainting them! The NEW paint job was still HORRIBLE, never going back. Not sure how they have such high ratings

This is a decent nail salon. I know the owner and have had my first services at the location. My kids also come here since they moved to this location. The facility is clean, bright, professional and well worth the cost of services paid. Good quality of effort and work displayed. The ability of the staff to address customer service is very good.

JoAnn did my pedicure. She really paid attention to what my toes were in need of. Trust me, that’s not an easy task . It only cost $40 for gel. Other places I called were $45-$55. One place was going to charge me $10 extra to remove gel from nails, really!
