Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI have gone here a few times now and loved it at first, but my most recent experience made me never want to go back. First, I walk in during the morning on a Monday so they were not busy at all. There was an older woman at the front desk who went to ask the two other hairstylists in the salon to cut my hair and they said they could not so she came back to me and had me sit down. She washed my hair and told me to go sit in the chair and went back to them again to ask. I felt like she really didn’t want to cut my hair and it was making me very anxious. She then came back after being told no again and I told her how I wanted it to look and showed a picture. After going to tell the other hairstylist AGAIN she came back and started to cut it. While this was happening a group of younger girls were talking with one of the hairstylists and swearing and being extremely inappropriate which was not helping my comfort and anxiety levels in that moment. To top it all off I went home with an extremely uneven haircut and I am very unhappy with it. I straighten my hair everyday which i explained to the woman and told her how important it was for it to be an even cut because it’s very noticeable if it’s not even. But she seemed as though she didn’t even want to cut my hair or didn’t know how. I have gone here a few times now and loved it at first, but my most recent experience made me never want to go back. First, I walk in during the morning on a Monday so they were not busy at all. There was an older woman at the front desk who went to ask the two other hairstylists in the salon to cut my hair and they said they could not so she came back to me and had me sit down.
