I feel guilty for giving 3 stars since the massage was amazing, but there was a pricing confusion due to the website. For a couples massage it says “all prices are for two people and include two licensed massage therapists.” Also on the pricing page it doesn’t say per person therefore the consumer can assume the price is for both people combined. I loved having Emily she does an amazing job each time and the atmosphere was relaxing. If you decide to go here I suggest calling and asking questions prior to your appointment.

I get regular waxes, I am new to RI and made an appointment for a Brazilian maintenance. I got told I had to get a full Brazilian even though it has only been 3 weeks since my last wax, and because I’m a new customer. No where on their website does it say that new customers have to use the full Brazilian option. It would be different if that was clearly stated on their website but it is not. The woman who called me was very unprofessional and rude. Will not ever be giving them my business I had a better experience at the European Wax Spa

April2022 I was at OTCN and needed a massage. I made the appointment for my friend and I the day before and received great customer service. Upon arrival, everyone was nice. The place is nice inside and the masseuse did a great job! My only complaint is not providing education to drink ample water after releasing toxins in the body and they didn’t offer water/tea after the massage. All the places I’ve been to did this and it’s a courtesy I expect regardless how many times I’ve get massages. They do have a keurig machine for coffee and tea in the waiting area. Overall great experience, highly recommended.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for lashes. My daughter got hers done and they started falling out the next day. I called and address them on the matter and they said to come in and they would fix them. When she got there they tried to charge her for another fill when she already payed $100.00 a few days ago.This is way to many lashes to fall out in a matter of 2 days. They said they stand by their work, not true!! I’ve called numerous times to speak to the owner and she never returns my calls. Bad business !!! Don’t go here!!

I had a massage today with Jenna and it was an A+, it was wonderful. Greeted with smiling faces, very professional and very clean. She used warm oil with hot towels. The massage was the right pressure, I’ve been having neck and head pain, she really addressed that issue and I walked out feeling great. I highly recommend ANLI SPA, I live in Newport and have tried every massage place and ANLI is the best. Thank you!

Critical: Qualitythe lashes were crooked and according to the woman that fixed them about 1/3 of what they should have been for the price. And despite very careful care of them, many fell out within two days. really upset as this was an expense I saved up for, and treated myself for my birthday. Sadly i will not return or recommend. The people were very nice however, but 160 was a total waste.
