Bad policies. What ever you do, DO NOT buy a membership. I had seven, SEVEN massages that backed up during COVID. The only way I could stop accruing massages was to place my account on pause, which is only allowed for 3 Months, and then it’s canceled. Once canceled, you lose any of your remaining massages ($525 value).

Less than 3 hours later I was able to find a reputable spa that could accommodate the both of us. Seeing all the complaints on here really makes me wonder if any of those people ever say anything nice about places they go and experience. My experience here was very pleasant and my facial went amazingly. My appointment did get pushed back 15 minutes later but that worked out much better for me anyways. They care about the needs your skin has and make sure to go over a routine skincare regime for at home. The facility is also very beautiful and soothing.
