Horrible experience I have natural nails, and went here because I recently cut my nails and they were growing back a nice length. My nails were filed so rough my finger tips were hurting. The nails were all crooked and uneven and chipped. I came for a gel manicure I immediately change it too a clear nail polish manicure without gel, I was unhappy about the results shown. I had too tell her don’t file my nails down anymore because it begin to not have any length, she filed it down so much you would of thought she cut them. By a week later all my nails started breaking, my thumb nail by the nail bed is cracked. Idk how Or what I’m suppose to do because u can’t cut inside ur nail bed. I wish I never went to her. She was so rough and effed my nails up smh never again ima report her.

I’m new to new Rochelle and I’ve been to this nail salon a few times. I mainly come here because it’s closer to home compared to where I used to go and the prices. Everyone else charges way too much for the simple nails I get done. Always a pleasant experience.

Don’t go they can’t communicate and you are unaware that they do not understand what you want until after you sit and they work on your nails. I was recommended to Angie’s nails that used to be there but these people are not good. Stay away.
