I have been going to Angie for 10 years, her spas are excellent, the girls are great and if you have an issue each one of them will take care of the issue. It is the absolute best place to go for all of the services they provide ! I have done permanent make up, eyelashes, pedicures, nails, just to name a few! Hands down the best place in New Smyrna and Edgewater!

Paola is amazing!!!!!!!! She microbladed & shaded my brows & did my lashes. I LOVE them!! I was leaving that day for Italy & when I left I thought , “Oh no! Look how dark my brows are!” I’m blonde & don’t wear make up much. I thought I’d just have to make the best of it but once I was in Italy, I read the card she’d given me & had to laugh! It basically said: Day 1: You think, “OH, NO they’re too dark!” Day 3 or 4: You think, “Oh, NO they disappeared!” (that’s because the skin is healing & gets a little flaky so they look really light). Then Day 5: you think, “OMG they’re perfect!! No more eye brow pencil or mascara!!” Thanks Paola, you’re the best!!!!!!

I received a text message less than 30 minutes before my appointment saying that it would be pushed back 45 minutes. I arrived at the new time and I was locked out on the porch for 10/15 minutes with nobody there while I waited for someone to show up. At this point, I was already an hour past my original scheduled appointment time. She rushed through my lash lift and eyebrow lamination appointment, which was $140 before tip. There was very little difference in my brow/lash appearance from when I arrive. In addition to this, I left with a glue like substance still on my eyelids and had to drive home in order to clean it off, as well as touch up my brows (tweeze) myself. I was unsatisfied with the results. If you value your time, seek another spa as they don’t care about it.

I got my lashes done here. And they are a complete mess. So much glue was used that the lashes are clumpy and i cant even brush through them. Most fell out the next day as well.

Had a horrible experience here! For Mother’s Day I came into town to celebrate with my mom which we haven’t done in years since I started having kids and was actually able to take the time this year! The reviews were good and when I called they said they were able to give me a package deal which included a massage, facial, mani, pedi and a lunch, plus the way they scheduled it we would have time to chit chat and be together! Sounds great right? WRONG! When we got there we were told my tech had a fainting spell and couldn’t do my services that day and asked if I could come back, when I explained I was from out of town they said they’d try to work me in and I wish I would have just turned around and left to go do anything else with my mom. We didn’t see each other in the 4 plus hours we were there, we were never given any lunch and were starving by the time we left, it was freezing so I was constantly tense, we were only given one small water bottle and when we asked for more they said sure but never brought it. I’m not sure the person who did my massage was even licensed because it just felt like someone rubbing lotion in for an hour with no pressure (also the room was right by their kitchen and there was a ton of chitchat going on so not relaxing a bit), my tech for mani/pedi kept sighing and groaning as if it was such a burden to be doing my nails and she did a horrible job, didn’t even clean my cuticles up, globbed the polish on to the point it never dried and messed up before I even left! My mom had a similar experience but did enjoy her facial at least. Not only was I so angry my mom wasn’t pampered like I wanted her to be, I lost a whole day of hanging with her when I don’t get to see her often. After all that they didn’t honor the package I was told over the phone and I had to pay full price for all 4 services even though they were the worst I’ve ever experienced. Super disappointed with the whole process!

Visited Angie’s Serenity Day Spa this week for a manicure and pedicure. It was the best mani/pedi I have ever had at any price! It was a very cute location, all the staff was very helpful and welcoming especially my nail technician Martha. She was very gentle and thorough which I really appreciate. She has wonderful skills and offered a first class experience. I will be back!!!
