I started going here over twenty years ago, service has declined drastically since then. Angie, like a lot of reviews point out, is not friendly and can be down right rude. She once was short with and yelled at me simply because I asked her professional opinion on something. Even after that I continued to go because the location is convenient, but could kick myself for settling. I’m paying them my hard earned money and they can’t even pretend to care about me as a costumer is unacceptable. I will no longer give my money to people that apparently feel that they will be just fine without me.

I came in let them know what I needed and I was told to sit. Im waiting for over 30 mins and im fine with that since I didn’t make an appointment but two other ppl walked in after me and she asked if I wanted to come back. If you knew you had an appointment coming up why not say something so I can choose if I want to wait or go somewhere else. Like I just wasted my time waiting on you when I could’ve left had I known about the appointment.

I first referred someone to them, and the person told me they were rude to her and didn’t do what she requested. Since then I had 2 bad experiences (my visits before weren’t that great, but I overlooked due to their prices). The 2nd time they were rude, I didn’t even allow her to finish my nails. I only gave them 1 star because of their cheap prices, but I guess you get what you pay for. I first referred someone to them, and the person told me they were rude to her and didn’t do what she requested. Since then I had 2 bad experiences (my visits before weren’t that great, but I overlooked due to their prices). The 2nd time they were rude, I didn’t even allow her to finish my nails. My nails were not done to the best of her ability. Because we were the last to get service I believe the staff was tired and did a rush job on my daughter and I. I will never go to the shop again. First impressions are everything and they didn’t set a good one to get my money again.

I really liked coming to this establishment but the last time I went I got a full set. The lady cut the tip off too short, made my nails too pointy and put too much acrylic on my nails. I went back and ask if they could do it all over again. I even told them I will pay for a full set again. The lady refuses. She repainted my nails for free. That is not what I wanted. I really hated my full set she gave me. So went to another salon.
