Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique using deep gliding, and sliding Swedish strokes by the therapist feet. It is a western version of an ancient form of body work dating back thousands of years from culture across Asia, India and Africa. The client lays on a comfortable massage table while the therapist uses their feet to massage the client. The therapist uses ashiatsu bars attached to the ceiling for balance and support. The advantage of this massage for both client an therapist is the ashiatsu allows gravity to do the work as the therapeutics uses the body weight to provide a depth unmatched by any other technique. Client from all ages and size can benefit from this deep tissue massage, know for its back and hip pain relief. Medical Massage in Bozeman, MT
Medical massage is designed to focus on pain and other musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Involves therapeutic assessment, manipulation and movement of soft tissue to resolve pain and dysfunction, while restoring function and structural balance throughout the body.
