This place has a weird vibe and all the stylist are rude and unprofessional. I got a regular haircut and the price said $20 and when I asked for the price the lady whispered $30 under her breath and I asked her again because I couldn’t hear her and she did the same thing while everyone else that was there were charged $20. My mom went to this stupid freaking place and the “honest” lady refused to give my mom a hair cut because she said it wouldn’t look good . My mom didn’t get her name but this lady did not give customer service. She straight up told my mom that she was too old for the hair cut that she wanted. Lady was super rude. Plz do not go to this place. My mom stayed but she will never go to that place again. She ended up leaving because the lady refused to leave the place. Stay away from this stupid rude place. You can find better. My mom went to Adriana’s hair salon and she had a way better experience.

Critical: ProfessionalismI took my son for his first hair cut there. The guy couldn’t handle a simple hair cut. He gave up midway and wasn’t even at all.I also wanted my beard trimmed instead he shaved it off. Then had the audacity to ask if it was to short. Never going back. Over priced for subpar results.

If the owner ever reads this again, or who knows who reads this. Being “really sorry” does not make up for the fact that for about 3 months, I had to spend around almost $200 dollars on product that will make my hair grow back. Spending about $80 for collagen, hair vitamins, and horse shampoo that would help make it grow back to the length I originally had it before one of your hair stylists BUTCHERED my hair. Then another $80 for a wig I had to buy because the hair cut was SO uneven and short that i could not go to work looking like that. Finally after 3-4 months of doing all of that i finally had it grow back to my original length and get another hair stylists to fix YOUR hair stylists mistake was about another $35-$40. So being “really sorry” does not cut it. Either get people who know what they are doing or you guys need to go out of business, because this was some BS on the money I had to spend just to get my hair to grow back from your mistake.

Its horrible to get hair color done here. Theres only one lady who does hair color and end result was not pretty. I asked for highlights and my top was light and ends were dark. On top of that I got burned on the side of my face from the chemicals of the dye. I went with a hair stylist professional to correct my color and was expensive !! Never again will I trust my hair here.
