Honestly the cutest nails I’ve ever had done. The team here are all so sweet and the owner makes sure everyone is attended to. They asked me if I was happy with my nails at every step and ensured me to be honest and to point out any changes if I wanted any. I had mentioned how I didn’t like my dip nails before because of the shape and thickness of the nail and they took that into consideration when re-doing them! They are my perfect almond shape and thin to my liking (but still strong!)

I was going to an eyelash place and I had to get a feel about every week and a half. One of my customers had told me about this. I didn’t have the fill for three weeks but that’s not even what made me so happy, I was laying down relaxing and they were so nice. Every person in there is nice I get up I look in the mirror and I hugged the lady. I’ve gone to at least 3/4 salons in a Hampshire. They were full and black and on point, and the lady is so honest with you on the length and what we’re looking for you I will never go anywhere else. they offered a pedicure but I was like no I get that done at my salon. The next time I came back I tried it. I had an ingrown toenail they got it out. I felt so relax they were so nice now I won’t go nowhere but here, for all my salon needs

So I’ve been getting my nails done by T (one of the owners) for some years now. Have always been happy with my nails, he does a great job. I’ve brought them tons of business, lots of loyal customers and I also did not go anywhere else for my nails or toes in those years. Well over the last year or so my appointments are constantly being cancelled or moved. Last time was the last time. I showed up for my appointment, he wife informed me he was not coming in because he didn’t not feel like it. She then said she would go to the house to go get him, has me start my pedicure then texts me and says “he said he’s not coming text him if you want” then blocked me. Mind you I’m sitting in their salon getting my feet done. I made this appointment 3 weeks prior and I did not get a cancellation text and I was leaving for vacation the following day which left me no time to do my nails. After all the business I brought them, I will never bring them another dollar again.

Do not recommend this place at all! Got dip manicure that didn’t even last a day – top coat is off and the nails are all different colors. Management wasn’t willing to do anything about it. Don’t waste your money. Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. My nails didn’t even last 2 days! They clearly do not know how to do good nails. They then over charge and do not take responsibility for their terrible work. Truly disappointing.

Being a returning customer I am very disappointed in the service today. I set up an appointment for a full set in which they informed to come in at a certain time . Once I arrived they told me to wait about an hour. I return within the hour in which they informed me they didn’t know I was doing a full set . After I picked my color they told me I would have to wait again. I ended up leaving very disappointed as I was given wrong information. I wish they would have made me feel like a valuable customer since I come here often and recommend their services. Very disappointed in their service today.
