I made an appointment a couple days before for a gel manicure and a pedicure, I go in and tell them as soon as I walked in that I wanted a gel full set and they agreed to that and said it was fine. I get my pedicyre,barely got the dead skin off. Then I ask for a design and the only one who can do designs does them going the same way and if you know anything about nail designs, they’re supposed to go in opposite directions so I tell her that thinking she just made a mistake and she says she can’t do opposite so i tll her she can its just the same thing she just did,which i did love the design, but she says she’s tried and can’t do it. I’m sorry but if you’re the only design lady in your salon you should know these things and be able to do them in your sleep. Everyone else in there is extremely friendly but friendly doesn’t give get you good nails.
