July 25, 2019 I went in for a manicure with gel polish. The gel generally lasts 2-3 weeks. The tech did a poor job, the ‘owner’ took over to clean up the poor work and we were at nearly two hours for a manicure… I left with the ‘owner’ advising that he would fix any future issues, as I was pointing out thin areas & lopsided lines. The first two pictures show how awful the polish was peeling the following morning. I called the shop to confirm I would be in that afternoon after work, no apology, just frustration. I went in, clarified why I was there, sat for approximately 20 minutes then asked for an approximate time before he would be done, & was advised soon. Another tech eventually assisted and the last 3 pictures are 2 days later. I never received an apology for the 3 hours total taken from my time. I was questioned as to whether or not I was peeling the polish. They all seemed rather upset that I wanted the issue corrected at all. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that I have appealed to this nail shop about correcting SHODDY work and they appear to become upset. Lesson learned!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in to get a full set and I loved it at first. It’s only been 6 days and my nails have lifted so bad that hair is practically going through underneath my nails. I do get my nails done pretty frequently However my nails have never done this before. I paid $75 and called to see if he could fix them and I was told it would cost me extra I completely understand I’m paying for the product and their profession but I don’t think I should be paying for something that is not my fault. So i told the lady that i wanted a overlay with no drilling on my natural nails. She gone tell me can do lightly and i told her no use a buffer or something else just not the drill to prepare my nails and they already thin. So she prepares to just put acrylic on my nails with no nail prlat prep or anything and i said so are you not going to do anything to my nails to prepare? Push my cuticles back or something then she tells me no that its a extra 10 to prep my nails before acrylic is applied. I told her no maam you not bout to handle me like that and mess my nails up and politely walked out. I wont be back
