Critical: ProfessionalismI usually go to this location because it’s in a convenient location. I’ve been going for awhile. Unfortunately, I’m putting an end to it due to the unprofessional behavior of the husband who is a tech and I guess owner. Long story short, he stopped himself from doing someone’s pedicure to let me know I was using too much water while washing my hands. He then proceeded to demonstrate how and how long I should be using water to wash my hands in their establishment. Then he proceeded to talk about me to the lady who’s feet he was previously working on. Then he started speaking Chinese to his wife. Let me just say I spend my hard earned money in there every 2-3 weeks for service and have been doing so for awhile. As a professional, this environment is not professional and I continue to see they do not have their consumers best interest at heart. If you can’t afford the water bill, that means you’re not fit to run that business…maybe it’s time to give It up. I’m disappointed and will not be returning. I usually go to this location because it’s in a convenient location. I’ve been going for awhile. Unfortunately, I’m putting an end to it due to the unprofessional behavior of the husband who is a tech and I guess owner. Long story short, he stopped himself from doing someone’s pedicure to let me know I was using too much water while washing my hands. The lady was literally barking at me because I told her their prices are significantly higher than everyone else around. She did the shoddiest pedicure job yelling at me to pick a color.Then I went to the guy to get my acrylics and it was HORRIBLE! He said put your feet here, then move your feet back, then push your chair in.. then grabbed my hand very aggressively and used the most painful nail buffing thing even after I told him my nails are sensitive. He yelled at me to put my bag down! The worst nail salon in Delaware . Critical: Professionalism, QualityAbsolutely horrible service. Came in at 6pm for a pedicure and gel manicure. Finished pedicure polished and all in 13mins total. I have never been to a nail salon who rushes their customers. I had to remind her to clean under my toe nails. Then they had the nerve to argue with me. This is the way we do things here. Absolutely horrible service. Came in at 6pm for a pedicure and gel manicure. Finished pedicure polished and all in 13mins total. I have never been to a nail salon who rushes their customers.
