Horrible customer service! The owner, Kerri is rude and treats her customers poorly. She has no professionalism or customer service. I’ve given this place so many chances, but her attitude is unacceptable. She thinks that because her shop is in a Black/Hispanic community that she can speak to the the customers however she wants. Don’t waste your time & go here! There are better nail shops in the area. Don’t patronize a racist business!

Horrible…… Kerri is VERY VERY rude. It’s sad because they do a decent job with nails however, Kerri needs to learn a thing or two about professionalism and communication. People work too hard and travel too far to be treated in such a way and want a tip! Oh no! When they (nail techs) are upset or having a bad day they take it out on you by giving you a bad job on your nails. Ladies and gents go someplace else where you can find good service and where your wait time will not be half of your day. I could go on and on. Terrible.

I used to go to Susan before she got her own shop. Then I started to go to the Latino heavy set female in the corner upstairs on the second floor. When the Latino heavy set female did My first set (overlay) it was decent, but let Me tell you.. she will take her time as if you don’t have ANYWHERE to go! She watches tv & she talks. I think her name is ROSIE or ROSE. She’s NEVERRR focused on her work so that customers can get out of there in a timely fashion. She did My second set (long nails) they came out horrible! Idk if it was because she was tired or she just doesn’t like black people. I noticed she does Latino women nails better. That was the last time she everrrr did My nails. So just take that into consideration before you decide to sit in her chair. I won’t be returning for any service done on My hands, I may return in the future for a pedicure that’s about it! I NEVERRR went to Tony but I’ve seen his work & I don’t like it. I’ve seen his wife’s Carri work and she does nails very good however I don’t want to have to give her a tongue lashing since I’ve heard so many customers arguing with her or complaining about her. If you have a short fuse or no patience then this ain’t the place for you!

Happy (for the most part) with my nails but I waited an hour & a half to be seen & I had to change my design 2 different times before settling on this simple one. It’s cute but compared to the other pictures of their work I’m sure they could’ve done the 3D flower I originally wanted, I think my tech just didn’t wanna be bothered, she was even giving me a hard time about this design stating the orange wouldn’t show on the base color even though it clearly shows.

Jenny is good and she is nice did an awesome job on my nails, wait time about. 1.5 to almost 3 hours don’t schedule an appointment it’s pointless and I stopped going to Kerri because she’s extremely RUDE and disrespectful Tony is ok but he can be a bit rude too so yea I went to Jenny and I like Susan but she left after Kerri and her got into an argument because Kerri is disgusting and talks to black women any kinda way one day someone is going to show her not to disrespect them but yea the nails are decent a little pricey though
