This is the only salon I can truly say does HAIR in the Tampa area! I’ve been to many hair salons and it wasn’t til Angel’s that I found someone to do my hair the way I’ve always wanted! I have spent countless time and money and needless to say it’s all worth it now! Ladies this is truly the salon you want to be at. They love what they do, and they truly make your dreams (for your hair) come true! you will Not regret it!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am extremely disappointed at this salon. I called before I came to see if they accepted walk-in because I lived over 2 hours away and there are no Dominican hair salon where I live. When I walked in, they seem nice until it was time for me to wash my hair. First, the shampoo grandma asked me to sit in the chair in a strange position because my hair couldn’t reach the sink. Then, she started to brush my hair without even washing it first. As she was shampooing my hair she started scrubbing my scalp so roughly; she had the suds falling everywhere. The whole time she was washing my hair she was complaining and grunting, soaking the entire back of my dress. I got so frustrated, I told her to stop. she didn’t offer me a towel to dry, and stood there looking at me. I got so upset, I walked out soaked and hair dripping. Not one of the stylist even cared to asked what they could do to help. So, I called another salon nearby (E & J Dominican Hair Salon) and they gladly accommodated me. I paid the stylist and gave her a tip for being so professional. I have been to plenty of hair salon, but never been treated like I have at Angel’s (more like Devil’s) Dominican Beauty Salon; I have never been so upset to walk out without paying. They were very unprofessional and unkind. I don’t care if they were the last hair salon available, I will NEVER go back there again. I would not recommend anyone I care about to EVER go there. I am extremely disappointed at this salon. I called before I came to see if they accepted walk-in because I lived over 2 hours away and there are no Dominican hair salon where I live. When I walked in, they seem nice until it was time for me to wash my hair. First, the shampoo grandma asked me to sit in the chair in a strange position because my hair couldn’t reach the sink.
