This is not the first time this has happened I wanted to give them another try and once again very disappointed seems like they need to hire more employees! You guys are clearly over booking appointments that one person can’t handle worst part of all the lady that cuts hair would talk so much while working that it’s clearly slowing her down you have people waiting for their “appointments “ meanwhile she’s more worried about gossiping with her comadre very unprofessional never again! Critical: QualityTy did my sons LJ’s hair today for a retwist and it looked a hot mess!! Wasn’t twisted at the ends .frizzy it was awful! 70 plus a tip of hard earned money gone down the drain!!! This place was recommended and never again I will tell everyone I know not to go there or use her!! My friend Miriam said she would call the owner to show her the pics I’m too embarrassed to even post them. Hes 18 and didn’t speak up to let her know the twists looked like that!! Dont go here!!! Warning do not come to this place, I used to get my hair cuts here but I found out that the owner mistreat her workers and spies on the customers through the cameras, she was not following the COVID-19 rules and was open when she was supposes to be closed, I will never return to this place.
