A major waste of time, the barber and his brother have no clue about what customer service is. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Angelo. He was very polite, told me there was a wait and asked if I could wait. I see myself coming back here for a while. The Spanish music is strangely soothing as well. Be prepared to practice Spanish, but the haircut is worth learning a new language. The gentleman who cut my hair charged me $12 which was absurd for the quality of the cut! I gave him $20 because of how impressed I was by his attention to detail. I know where I’ll be recommending my friends.

I have received a few haircuts from this barber. I have to give this barber 2 stars. His cuts are great and that’s why I’m giving 2 stars, but his service is by far the worst. Im taking 3 stars away because he never has time, only works a few hours and some days when he’s supposed to be working he takes it off. I’ve asked him if I can make an appointment and he says he doesn’t cut by appointments unless it’s on the weekends (which he only works a few hours) and he only accepts a small number of clients per day. He’s a friendly guy but I’m not sure he really knows anything about customer service, maybe he skipped that chapter in school. He’s the only barber so you have no choice but to look somewhere else. Sorry Angelo but I’m going somewhere else.
