Joe is one of the best barbers that I have been to in some time. He can give a real White Boy haircut. Which is refreshing due to most other shops not knowing how to cut a young guys hair unless he’s wanting the typical South Side fade which seems to be the only haircut option available at most shops nowadays.

Was in town for a few days and needed a haircut/fade. Went here and by far the BEST place I’ve ever been to! Junior did a great job and hooked me up! I will definitely come back anytime I’m in town and let my friends know to come here! Thank you!

I was taken care of immediately on a Friday afternoon as a walk in. Great cut with attention to detail even though I asked for little. A nice old school no-frills Barber Shop. I’ll be back! Haircut

Waited an hour and no one acknowledged me. Never got a haircut. Make sure to have a appointment or they’ll never get to you. Seems like walk-ins aren’t welcomed. If someone the barber knows comes in after you they get priority. You don’t know who has appointments or not. Will never go back. Place has really gone down hill since Gustavo and Mike left. Poorly managed, very unorganized. If you have kids be sure to bring ear muffs because alot of profanity gets thrown around. Also they charge $5 more for appointments. Probably why they don’t like walk ins

Best barber shop in town. All of the barbers are professionals and on point with their cuts. I would recommend them 1,000,000 times over to anyone who wants a clean cut. They cater to all needs no matter what. Shout out to my main man Ray The Barber!!!

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I try to use the same barber each visit. However, over the years two have retired and now I can’t seem to find anyone that will listen to me and cut my hair the way I want it.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am new to the area and was looking for a new place to go in to have a haircut. I saw some conflicting information online about prices so I decided to call this location. I called the Newhall Angelo’s at 9:05 AM Saturday July 11 (the location states it opens at 9 AM) and what sounded like an older gentlemen picked up the phone.I asked how much it was for a haircut. I was told $22. This was much higher than pricing I had seen online so I asked about any lower pricing during the week since I had also seen this and I was told only for seniors. I also saw information online about higher pricing for making appointments so I asked if it was busy now in anticipation of walking in. The person said they weren’t quite open now and they sounded impatient when they gave me that reply so then my last question was what time do they open. This person replied “at 9 jesus christ” and he hung up. I don’t recall the last time I experienced this behavior from basic questions. I heard resentment and anger in his voice. It was terrible to hear but worse was I can’t imagine why these 3 simple questions would have triggered such a response. The total call time was less than 1 minute but that’s all it took to understand that something terribly wrong had occurred.I am new to the area and was looking for a new place to go in to have a haircut.
