This is not the place to go. Please please do not use this place their customers service is horrible. They did my hair charged me $80 to re-twist my hair and in less the 24 hours it was In coming unraveled. I went back and they kept giving me the runaround to fix it. I was told the owner is out of the country. The stylist acted like she didn’t care so I went away so I wouldn’t go to jail. Don’t go here please

I have came here twice before to get my knotless braids don. This time I come for the same thing and they are charging me the same amount for braids that are shorter then the length that I usually get. Then I told her that the braids she did are not as long as the others from before and she got mad and got loud and requested her money BEFORE SHE EVEN FINISHED MY HAIR. Took my daughter here a year ago (forgot the name of the shop) but they treated my child so bad after I left, used the wrong materials on her hair, insulted her and her hair in a different language, continued pulling her hair. She also had neck pain for 2 days after her hair appointment and then proceeded to act all nice to her when my niece came to pick her up. Never ever coming here again and if I could rate it 0 stars I would.

I only had the owner do my hair. she has been gone since December so I let 2 others do my hair. They should have never put their hands in my head if they didn’t know how to do the style. I will never EVER go back here again. They put nail glue in my real hair…I had to cut my hair to take it down and all I got was crochet. I asked for tree braids around perimeter and they did invisible braids and I do not perm my hair. And they STILL TRIED TO CHARGE ME FULK PRICE. WORSE PLACE EVER! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS OWNER IS THERE. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

I had a set of blonde braids done in April by the braider in the first chair by the door. She did an amazing job. They were very long and full. I received lots of compliments and they lasted for two months. Received a new set of braids recently by the braider in the second chair from the door and the braids are not as full and the parts are very big. I wanted small knot less and received medium. Make sure you ask for the first braider. She is amazing!

Was told by owner “no no were busy cant do it” I was asking to make appointment but she was VERY RUDE. I will NEVER visit this shop again. She was rude and unprofessional as a shop owner. I will NEVER visit this shop again. She was rude and unprofessional as a shop owner. Disappointed. I came in with pictures of 3-4 hair designs I wanted my hair braided into. I showed it to the nice lady and let her put her ideas on it and she did a wonderful job. Very neat. I got lots of compliments, people was staring everywhere I went. AND THE BEST PART ABOUT THE NICE LADY THAT BRAIDED MY HAIR, SHE DIDNT HURT MY HEAD. I DIDNT HAVE TO TAKE PAIN MEDICINE AFTER. Now my head was a little tender and that was ok. She even kept asking me was the braid too tight to make sure my head was not hurting. She braided my hair so nicely I kept falling asleep. I’m sooo happy I found this shop and the nice lady. You can get your hair shampooed here too, if you didn’t have time to do it yourself. Once I deep condition and give hair it’s break. I’m going back to get my hair braided again.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in to get box braids last night & the work I received was absolutely beautiful. Eunice & Justine did them. They did GREAT!! The work was very neat and exactly what I asked for. And it didn’t take too long; they worked at a good pace. Best of all, they did not put a camera in my face afterwards (which I love that because sometimes you just want to relax & get your hair done.) this is my new braid shop now. I will keep coming back. I’ve come twice and both times they did an excellent job. Another thing I like is that they were both so respectful & polite. I will be back again. I went in to get box braids last night & the work I received was absolutely beautiful. Eunice & Justine did them. They did GREAT!! The work was very neat and exactly what I asked for. And it didn’t take too long; they worked at a good pace. I asked for a next day appointment and your staff told me to come today. I advised them of the time and they said that’s fine. So my question again….Why would your staff have me sit that 1 hour and 30mins and not tell me that they cannot do my hair! That should have been communicated when I walked through the door.
