Horrible service gel polish peeled off within five hours! Went back to ask them to please fix it, she was rude and so was the gentleman. She rushed and painted on top of already cured nails!! I tried to explain I would pay for another color if the polish was the issue, she wanted to hear nothing of it..why own a business if you don’t like to service people. They are never busy only ever two or three in at one time, so explain to me why you need to rush?!? She cut my finger and I began to bleed she just took her finger (no gloves) and wiped the blood off my finger. She then proceeded to do my nails and not wash her hands properly or even apologize for causing me to bleed, I was so uncomfortable she then kept smacking my hand as if I was a toddler I have been getting my nails done for YEARS and have never been smacked at! Then they insist you pay in cash absolutely (no card) they say, probably so they can avoid the taxes! Annie is one of the worst nail artist I have ever been to, rude, condescending, and will not listen or speak to you at all. They tried to use dirty tools on me and when I asked that they please use a clean file she began to get upset. I can honestly say this nail place is not worth the coin not even a little. She could not do a basic almond shape and she layers gel polish very thick and clumpy just look at some of the photos in the reviews. She then proceed to demand I tip her a second time after I gave her a very nice tip two days prior when my nails peeled in the same day. When I told her all I had was a card she pointed me to the atm and said “money for tip, from there” I again paid her for services that were less then mediocre and left, however I did call once I collected myself.

Honestly, absolutely loved it! I came in last minute as a walk in, it was a wait but I didnt mind. The gentleman was working on his own so I understand. He did a great job on my nails and was super polite and nice! Definitely will be coming here again!

The man that did my nails had been very polite though the woman who did my younger sisters naila rushed hers and didn’t ask her if she had liked the shape. The woman also made my sisters nails shorter than she wanted. The prices go up if you ask for a certain shape the workers charge more for more than what they have on the prices listed when you go it.

Absolutely horrible. If I could give it a 0, I would. it was not busy at all when we arrived, and yet we were rushed and treated so rudely. I got my nails done, acrylic white tips. They are bubbled, have numerous chips in them, and one of my nails has excess filling on the side that is sharp and is cutting into my nail. The other women that went with me said that they had the worst pedicures ever! Definitely not worth $35 for my nails and will NEVER be returning.
