They really do a great foot cleaning and massage. They even do a shoulder rub while your toes are drying…just incredible service. Far superior to any mail salon in Monroe.Service: Pedicure

Critical: CleanlinessThis was my first time at this establishment. I wanted to find a new place for mani/pedi’s. When I walked in, I should have walked out but didn’t.The floor was filthy and so were their manicure tables. Their equipment (mani tables, pedicure chairs. etc.) is outdated (looks second-hand or older) and worn. As I sat at the manicure table, I noticed heavy, old stains and spots that had not be cleaned; she used an old, worn-out mat that should have been thrown out ages ago.The woman who performed my manicure was pleasant. Her daughter was quite cute and knew that you must press the button for the nail dryer three times before you can leave. While my nails were drying (outdated machines as well) I noticed the rest of the place had neither been dusted nor cleaned. There was food and wrappers on the floor. There was a box full of pedicure slide-ons (flip flops) that I’m doubtful will be cleaned/sanitized.As for my nails, she did a suitable job; however, the polish was thick (old) and does not look that good. I did not request a pedicure this time and I’m glad I didn’t. I’ll definitely not be returning to this place and advise others to look elsewhere.
