Called for a squeeze-in appointment as a first-time customer. I was running late and worried they would think I was a no show, so I called to let them know. I got there a minute or so late. I was welcomed warmly by Herman who had me cracking up almost immediately. He put me at ease and was very kind. He even had some cool techniques I’d never seen before and was very quick and professional in his trade.

Herman is great, I’ve been going to him for years…he cuts and colors my hair about once every 4-6 weeks. I have short hair and he uses the foil to give it highlights. He does it all, waxing, perms, etc.
