Kid you not I showed up for this appointment and they didn’t have me in the system. & all she said was I’m sorry. & they had no availability for the next few weeks but I booked another appointment right in front of her for tomorrow on the site. It was a website issue but I was a **first time** customer and they didn’t offer any compensation or to work me in today. Nothing but call me if they have a cancellation. I won’t be going even if they do because that’s trash customer service. I get things happen but when it’s your mess up because you “redid” your site and I’m about to drop that $ you offer some sort of comp my guy. -1/10 do not recommend angelic lashes in Winchester.
