Critical: ProfessionalismI went in for a consult and was told that the requested color was achievable . I told the stylist everything I did to my hair during the consult which caused my hair to be uneven and brassy and unhealthy looking . She assured me what I wanted was achievable and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was. Well long story short my hair was falling out so bad at the appointment even while just putting a comb through . . I got a hair cut and it was all choppy and uneven so bad that I had to make an app app elsewhere . The salon was completely shocked at the condition my hair is in after seeing before photos and the result of my hair now . My hair color is all uneven and underneath my hair is all fried off . During my appointment there was no strand test to see if my hair would be ok and she had all the information she needed before touching my head even though she kept saying she wouldn’t have touched my head if she knew the volume I used to tone my hair but al that information was given at the consult and by looking at my hair she should have known as a professional . I left with my hair soaked since “it can’t be blow dried because your hair is too damaged it will all fall out “ and I paid for this awful service of 160 and gave a 40 dollar tip not realizing how bad the color and cut was and not realizing until I got home that the underneath was all fried off . seems like she left my hair wet so I wouldn’t notice how badly everything went . As a professional she should have never touched my hair without knowing for sure my hair would be ok and should have paid more attention to watching my foils then doing another clients hair knowing my hair needed to be watched since it was previously bleached . Knowing what she did she should have took her time to fix this disaster and been upfront about it not just leave it because a client was about to be there . I literally have never made a bad review in my life and just made this account so I could prevent this happening to anyone else . Critical: Professionalism, QualityCompletely unprofessional!Went in for a color right after covid restrictions were lifted and will never be back. They messed up on my color. The top of my head is orange and the bottom is brown. I asked for a brown very close to my natural. Called to report the issue and never received a call back. Actually, called several times. As a small business owner during these times you would think they would care about their customers and appreciate the business and want to go above and beyond to make it right.
