Critical: ProfessionalismThe first time stylist that took care of my hair was great. I needed it straightened for an event I was attending a while ago but it came out beautifully. I usually feel judged about my thick 4a, 4b hair but she was super professional and did great with the straightening of it. The event took place in the summer and even after sweating it out my hair looked great with minimal if any damage. Sadly I went recently since my first experience was great and it was quite the opposite from my first time getting my hair done there. The stylist was different because the stylist that worked with me first no longer works there and she burned my hair terribly. I lost so much hair and she was also a little unprofessional, she kept commenting on how thick my hair is and coarse.
