My primary mission is to teach and empower people to live a better and healthier life by reducing stress,managing pain,improving quality of life,and by coaching them in the healing process so that they can learn to heal themselves.I want them to leave their session feeling empowered, and my priority is to help with stress reduction,pain release, quality of life enhancement, and spiritual health. There is no obstacle to big or small that we cannot work through together to better your health and wellness. This will start by you taking full responsibility for diagnosing,prescribing and treating your own health, nutrition, and wellness and by using the tools and techniques you will learn from me and other teachers.

It was my first Massage ever and I was afraid because I have had 13 surgeries on my lower back and I am also missing my L4-L5 disc due to surgical complications so I was afraid of being touched. Angela put my mind at ease she asked if she could say a prayer for my healing and pain and it was such a wonderful experience because I needed accommodations on the way I could lay but she made me so comfortable and relaxed with music and the explanation of the oils that would be most helpful for my needs and I left looking forward to my next session. First of all I have chronic back and arthritis issues . I have been using Angela as my massage therapist for 5 years now. She is excellent at finding the problem areas and working them out. I have seen therapist that were twice her price and not as effective. He location is a private residence and very quite.
