Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI have been coming to this salon for a few years now and have never been anything but impressed, relaxed and happy with services provided! Everyone is so courteous, patient and professional! Jen and the girls go the extra mile to provide a professional salon experience. The salon in clean, organized and welcoming.The only negative thing I can say is more for property management…when you drive up to the plaza one cannot even tell if shops are open or have become vacant. Boarded up windows…construction debris everywhere….outside just looks unkept and not maintained. I have been coming to this salon for a few years now and have never been anything but impressed, relaxed and happy with services provided! Everyone is so courteous, patient and professional! Jen and the girls go the extra mile to provide a professional salon experience. The salon in clean, organized and welcoming.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueOkay, I’m one of those customers that hairdressers probably dread (I know I would), but I don’t mean to be, I’m just very, very, nervous about haircuts, as I’ve had some really traumatic experiences. I went to Angela’s and spoke w/Jen about this issue before making an appointment. She really LISTENED to and HEARD me! I didn’t feel patronized or placated, so I made an appt w/her. She was VERY accommodating and patient! My hair came out feeling the best it ever did, EVER! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great haircut! She knows her trade and I am so grateful to her!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!EDITED 3/9/21:Btw, I just wanted to add that it’s a very CLEAN & SANITARY salon! They take all the proper precautions for Covid, actually more than I would have thought! I was there again yesterday as Jen (Jenn? sorry!) is in the process of fixing a bad cut and highlight I received from another salon in the area a while back, and then, knucklehead I am, yup, I cheated and used a gift card at another place because I was “in a rush” and embarrassed to call her again because I changed my mind and thought I might want a “little angel” to my bangs. So, I figured I’d use the gift card for that “other place” (Which is VERY High End & Pricey, btw! 3X’s more than Angela’s!?). I asked for a “tiny angel in my bangs” and nothing else touched. Ugh. Nope! They put layers everywhere, cut where I asked them specifically not to and my hair was so uneven! I don’t know why I thought they would listen? Maybe the price point? Idk. I emphasized the word “trim” and the stylist said she “heard me”. Yeah, right. So, why, then? I reached out to them but they just ignore me. Hey, they got their money, which feels like all they wanted. It’s my own fault, though, Jenn would have had no problem with me changing my mind and coming back in!? She booked me again after that, no questions asked, and is back at it, fixing another bad cut she didn’t even do in the first place! No judgement from her, either. She’s doing a fantastic job and taking it slow, just like I asked, and like she did the time before that. I’m my own worst enemy!? Lol. I have to be patient and trust her judgement because it’s MUCH better than mine! I couldn’t be happier right now! I totally trust her and am so glad I swallowed my pride and called her back! If you’re like me and have had traumatic experiences w/stylists don’t worry! Jenn’s got you! Okay, I’m one of those customers that hairdressers probably dread (I know I would), but I don’t mean to be, I’m just very, very, nervous about haircuts, as I’ve had some really traumatic experiences.
