Critical: ProfessionalismWent by a few days ago, booked an appointment at 2 & ended up having to wait over an hour more & When she finished her client she didn’t bother taking me but a person that just got there and I left that second. My mom asked for a full set and the lady just said “to busy wait” but the whole hour I was there all she was doing was on her phone . @ ALL THE NAIL TECHS. horrible experience and horrible customer service. Went by a few days ago, booked an appointment at 2 & ended up having to wait over an hour more & When she finished her client she didn’t bother taking me but a person that just got there and I left that second. My mom asked for a full set and the lady just said “to busy wait” but the whole hour I was there all she was doing was on her phone . @ ALL THE NAIL TECHS. horrible experience and horrible customer service. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got my lashes done on June 26 2021 at 1pm and i ask the lady to make my lashes full she make it how she wanted it and when I got home my lashes started to come off. And i pay 110 full butterfly lashes and i call them to tell them my about how my lashes started to fall out the same the day i got them done. The lady to me to hold on so I don’t was on hold for 30 minutes after 30mins I started to say hello no one pick up until i end the phone call. That is not professional for a business. I personally do not recommend anyone to go there for their lashes. This not the first time or second time this happened to me. I give them so many chances but they never do their do well and they always in a rush to finish. Like take your time and remember u are putting lashes on someone eye. If they make any mistake someone can go blind. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueSalon Savages! EXCELLENT FLEXIBLE HOURS FOR : eyelashes, nails, eyebrows, waxes, hair and more!!! . They have: flexible hours, Creative & WONDERFUL staff and I am sure much more but I have yet to explore the entire menu since they do a lot of things! Although, I have been going to them for years, they are, no doubt my favorite salon! no matter how many others I have tried I always end up going back to this place right here… And for example, the only reason that I ever went elsewhere is due to the fact that they do not do nails at this salon anymore… (I usually like to combine all three) –>nails, eyelashes and feet. They are EXCELLENT and easy to use for not only Quick eyelashes but FABULOUS lashes!!! –>(which is most important for me !!) They continue to be flexible, working with schedules & time crunches!!! … These ladies are absolutely awesome AND Willing to work!!! they ARE HARD WORKING SAVAGES!!!Service: PedicureSalon Savages! Salon Savages! EXCELLENT FLEXIBLE HOURS FOR : eyelashes, nails, eyebrows, waxes, hair and more!!! . They have: flexible hours, Creative & WONDERFUL staff and I am sure much more but I have yet to explore the entire menu since they do a lot of things!
