My goal is to deliver restorative massage sessions and facial treatments unique to your needs in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. All my massage sessions are relaxation-based with a targeted focus on your specific problem areas to help bring relief from pain and discomfort, to help quiet your mind and leave you feeling refreshed and at ease. I take great pride in my clients feeling welcomed, listened to, and nurtured. All my 60-minute facials include relaxing massage of the face, neck, hands, arms, feet, and lower legs. Whether you are living with chronic pain and illness or are navigating the stress and anxiety of everyday life, I am here to help!

60 Minute Customized Massage
A customized massage that is tailored to your individual needs during time of treatment. This massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote therapeutic healing, overall relaxation and alleviate muscle tension. This is a classic massage that will ease your tension and slip you into a state of calm		$75.00
90 Minute Customized Massage
A customized massage that is tailored to your individual needs during time of treatment. This massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote therapeutic healing, overall relaxation and alleviate muscle tension. This is a classic massage that will ease your tension and slip you into a state of calm		$100.00
60 Minute Integrated Cupping Massage
This session includes the customized massage and incorporates the use of cups where they are needed. This is a type of deep tissue work that uses silicon cups to help loosen muscles and encourage blood flow by pulling, lifting and expanding the soft tissue.		$75.00
90 Minute Integrated Cupping Massage
This session includes the customized massage and incorporates the use of cups where they are needed. This is a type of deep tissue work that uses silicon cups to help loosen muscles and encourage blood flow by pulling, lifting and expanding the soft tissue.		$100.00
90 Minute Himalayan Hot Stone Massage
This session includes the customized massage but adds the warmth of hand carved Himalayan salt stones, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. The use of heated massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming		$100.00
