Noelle has been so kind and professional with me since I started treatments with her. I first went as a groupon customer, and now I’m her client and have been adding on new areas to treat since. I have been going for a year now and after my experience at my last laser place (hair grew back/no instructions given) I will ALWAYS go to Noelle. If you follow the instructions given to you from the beginning and attend your scheduled appointments your treatments will be effective.
