I had a really good experience with this salon. Lily did my nails. What was really pleasing was after she took the gel I had on from a previous manicure she asked me to wash my hands instead of using those dirty brushes with everyone else’s nail dust in it. She also made sure the nail polish covered my entire nail. Overall I’m pleased with their service.

The woman really looked like she didn’t know what she was doing. At some point when I started complaining she gave it to someone else who didn’t do any better. For the prices they are charging it’s ridiculous. They are in hurry to just cover all the cuticles they left with nail polish. I went in with my daughter in the morning to get our pedicures and manicures. My pedicure and my daughters were good. However my manicure was not don’t right. I paid $88 plus they tax me so it came up to $97 dollars. Then my daughter wanted her eye brows wax which was 12.17. Now I had tip the lady who did a great job for my daughter manicure, eye brow wax and pedicure. She humiliate me in front of everyone saying where is the tip for the other people who did my manicure and pedicure. First off you don’t do something like that to a paying customer. Second I don’t have to give a tip if I don’t want to. When this place was highly expensive for regular service which I asked for. Never again will I come to this place now I know why this place has 3.7 stars.

I was told they could do the pedicure and would see if there was time for a powder. I said I needed both together so if there wasn’t time, I would gladly come back another day. I was told they could do both. The young girl who did the pedicure was absolutely LOVELY. The woman who did the manicure was rude and extremely rough. She made it clear she was unhappy about being there and I am 100% certain that she went out of her way to hurt me. I have multiple MULTIPLE cuticle cuts, was bleeding from 2 fingers when I left. I will NEVER return to this salon and will advise anyone I speak to do the same. I was told they could do the pedicure and would see if there was time for a powder. I said I needed both together so if there wasn’t time, I would gladly come back another day. I went with my mom to treat her to a relaxing pedicure. The price for the services is pretty good but the service itself was sub par. It was easy to book a same day appointment and they had enough technicians to comfortably give a pedicure to both of us at the same time. The technicians were very quiet and I don’t think said anything to us, not even a hello. My pedicure was really rough and my mom’s was worse. She later told me that the man giving her a pedicure was really rough and the massage was quite painful. My technician cut my cuticles too aggressively and later I had a mild infection on the cut. Once we were in the drying area another attendant immediately asked for payment before we were even dry. Once I made my payment no one came to check on our nails and we were effectively ignored. It was one of the worse pedicure experiences I’ve had just from the poor customer service.

Went to get a manicure/ pedicure and paid $37.22. once my nails were dry I got up to leave and got asked did i want to leave a tip. i said no I don’t have cash on me, ( mind you i just paid. She says oh do you want to go to your car and get cash. i said no i just paid you, she then insists she void my transaction and recharge me including a tip. i said why would i do that when i already paid and can tip next time. Literally was hounded for a tip when I just paid you almost $40. No one else was hounded about leaving a tip but i was, and was the only minority in the nail salon at the moment. I totally understand that this is your job and tips help, but harassing someone about a tip is way out of line.
