I asked how much it was just to remove my gel they said five dollars… what a good deal! They remove my gel. It took an excessively long time almost in an hour! When it was done I noticed my nails were tiny bit long and I asked to use their nails clippers to trim them… I did not want another manicure because I wanted to give my nails some time to breathe…. they don’t speak fluent English and she said “no problem” and took out the nail clippers and clipped them herself and then charged me for a full manicure and gel removal!!!! When I got home I realize my gel wasn’t even completely off! I wasn’t even able to communicate with them that they were overcharging me in a way that they could understand… so I just paid for it and left, but I will never come back. They need to learn to speak enough English to conduct their business here in the US, we’re English is the primary language.

I went to get my nails done with my daughter. I got acrylic set and they look really bad the staff is really nice but not a good job and too expensive for the job they do. I had to go home and fix my nails myself because she refused to fix the mistakes I pointed out. They were all very helpful and nice with my daughter but the rest not so good I don not recommend.

I came here with two friends to get our nails and toes done. The pricing was very reasonable and there were a lot of options for colors. However the pampering/spa aspect could have been a little better. The calf and should massage were pretty quick and everything seemed a little rushed. My nails came out well however.

Horrible service. I got an acrylic set which was very sloppy and my nails weren’t smooth, they had a lot of bumps. 2 of the nails fell off within a week. The woman was very rude too. When I asked if she could smooth out my nails she was snippy and said no, that’s how acrylics are. I’ve been getting acrylic nails for the past 5 years so I know that’s not how they’re suppose to be. Horrible place and extremely over priced. I will NOT be going back.

Place has nice appearance. Too quiet…music no good, too elevator. They did not drip my fingers in warm water or oil citicles before trimming cuticles and didn’t have mecwash hands before appling polish. Asked for round not square nail shape…some round n some too square. No recommendation.

I’ve been going here regularly for months now to get my gel set. Joy does my nails and is the 6th person to do my gel sets/gel fills and now I won’t go to anyone else! Gorgeous job everytime! Pays such close attention to detail and doesn’t mangle/ overfile my nails like so many of the other techs have done.
