Do not come here in Patchogue, I was the only male in here(black male ) . The service was rushed they are under staffed. I complained during the service about proper procedure for my gel manicure and they didn’t care still charge me full price rushed me out the door talking about next time. I will not come back here

The worst service in a long time, I had a pedicure with callus removal, The woman wet my feet and barley put any product o to remove the dead skin when I made a comment about it, She became very rough and rude. She applied a tiny more then wanted to remove it not even 2 min. After the application, Once again I made a comment that no one had ever removed it ao quicly, The woman working next to her said something to her The Shake her head at her. She filed the bottom of my foot until it felt burning right under my big toe,the burning got worsted later on and lastes about 5 days. The manicure was a gel manicure, Which she thin out the polish and a week later it peel on the corners and the color became dull. Never had that happen with gel polish.

Unfortunately I didn’t check the reviews for this business! They are very rude,and charge more money without reason ,I brought my own nail polishes and they charged me more!!! I walked in for a manicure and pedicure, they took me right away. The person started my pedicure (with all add on services at their insistence). Another person walked in for pedicure after me and wanted a basic pedicure. The person put lotion on my legs and wraps them and proceeded to do the other person’s pedicure. I asked if they were going to do her whole pedicure while making me wait, the answer was she is only getting a basic pedicure so someone else will be with you in a few minutes. So I waited a few minutes (the woman they put ahead of me was horrified that they did this). I decide I had waited long enough and said I was leaving because I have a wedding tomorrow and have other things to do, I cleaned all the lotion off while they were saying that I should wait, they would be right with me. I felt completely insulted and will never set foot in an Angel Tips Nail Salon again. Worst service experience ever!

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI walked in asked how long was the wait, I need gel nails and pedicure ; they didn’t respond but asked to pick my color and escorted me to pedicure chair; they wrapped my nails to remove my old gel polish and LEFT ME THERE. I assumed my fingers would soak during my pedicure NOPE. I waited 30 minutes until they began my pedicure… there were four interruptions… she was multitasking! It was the worst and fastest pedicure ever (I’ve had many in the last 30 years). They charge EXTRA for a top coat? Who does that anymore? Said I need my feet exfoliated for an extra $10… I declined… my feet are super smooth. I heard them sell it to the woman next to me. When it came down to my gel nails it was a different woman who was beyond FAST… it was super rushed. All the employees spoke to each other the ENTIRE time I was there… even if the person was across the room…(of course not in English) which they speak fine when speaking to clients; I think it’s rude. I was finished in record time since they did the bare minimum; I still tipped well dispute the service, the filthy tables, gross plastic dividers, and dirty hand dryers. I’ve been going here for over a year, they are fantastic! They are clean, friendly, speak English well, and all staff does great pedi’s, and the majority of them do an amazing job on all types of manicure processes. Great nail place.

I really needed to get my nails done for my anniversary and I figured I would just go here as I just needed a gel manicure on natural nails. I didn’t even bother to look at the reviews because I figured that a nail salon that’s in a shopping plaza , has to be a good nail salon. Rent is super high and expensive in these kind of areas, so the businesses have to be making good money right ? SIKE YA WOULDA THOUGHT I had an appointment at 2 and I was literally out of the salon at 2:23 it took them 23 whole minutes to do my nails!!!!! I’m sorry but I have had artificial nails before and use to spend hours at the salon just to get a manicure. but never have I ever had such a quick ,horrible , unpleasant expierence getting them done. The guy didn’t even give me a regular manicure , he just filed and plucked and then was off to applying nail polish. There was no relaxing feeling, just the feeling of being rushed. Like he had no desire to even be there. So after my rather quick and rushed nail job, guess what happened days later ? THEY STARTED TO CHIP! Yup that’s right, a GEL manicure started to come off just days after getting them done. Probably because I didn’t even have them under the UV for even 15 secs! It’s crazy, would never recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.
