Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value84 dollars for two mani-pedi’s regular polish…….. unheard of lol.I AM HORRIFIED! This place does not deserve 1 star. The entire time I was in this facility my anxiety was at 100 even though the goal was to relax. I’ve never been to a facility in Miller Place that treated me the way Angel Tips Spa did today. I truly felt I was judged based on the way I look and it was shameful.Before the woman began she shouted across the facility to the owner to clarify that the polish I choose would be an extra two dollars being sure that I was aware….. After this was clarified as I was already aware. The woman rushed through my 20 minute pedicure, she dropped the pumice, picked it up off the floor and continued using it. Completly putting half effort into every step.She also rushed through my manicure as well, barely touching my skin I couldn’t believe it! I tried to make eye contact in disbelief and she didn’t dare look at me the entire time. She was clearly aware of what she was doing. After she realized that I’d be the one paying for my guest she doubled back and tried to correct her mistakes on my hand. At this point I made up my mind she wasn’t getting a tip.It’s fustrating when you walk out as a paying customer knowing you could’ve painted your own hands and feet better.Message to the Owners:A lot could be done rather than putting up clear shower curtains to ensure the safety of customers as well as care. SLOW DOWN and make conversation and don’t expect to get tipped if you cannot provide adequate and respectful service. Critical: Professionalism, QualityIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. I asked for a regular pedicure and was told it was $25. Not only did she do a terrible job, she rushed through my entire pedicure. It took her less than 10 minutes to do my toes. She was rough and ripped my cuticles out. The paint is also completely watered down to the point where 3 coats isn’t even enough. During my pedicure I was asked if I wanted my calluses removed and I said yes. Then when I went to get charged she told me $35 because callus removal is TEN DOLLARS. When she asked if I wanted my calluses removed she did not mention it being an extra $10. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI usually do my own nails but I wanted to spend some quality time with my daughter so we decided to try this salon as it was closer to my home. I made an appointment at 9am for mani, pedi, and eyebrows the apointment was set for 3:30pm. Upon arrival there were only two people already being helped so that was great, after that everything went down hill, the one guy was filling both foot spa and preparing then it became a marathon of how fast can we get these people out. The lady that did my daughter’s foot dropped the scrub on the floor , picked it up from the floor and quickly continue to use it on her feet. Worse experience ever. I made an appointment at 9am for mani, pedi, and eyebrows the apointment was set for 3:30pm.
