These people should be ashamed of themselves… They clearly advertise on their website massage services and one option was 30 minutes for $35. I walked in on a Friday at 5:30, not a single other customer in the place, said I wanted a chair massage, and was walked over to the chair by the man. I then said “I’d like 30 minutes please” – well, I could CLEARLY see by his reaction that he did not want to do this, because he chuckled and said “no, 5 minutes” – excuse me? I’m a paying customer (who happens to tip very well I might add when I get good service) and you’re going to tell me no, 5 minutes and expect me not to get angry and walk out? So I got up and he says “ok, 10 minutes” well at this point I had a bad taste in my mouth and started to walk out. The front desk lady stopped me and said “you want 30 minutes, he will do 30 minutes” I just said “no, he doesn’t want to do it so I’m leaving”. Their loss, not mine… if you want super friendly service where they actually WANT to please their customers, go to Bellezza Salon and Spa on Jericho turnpike in Huntington station. I only tried this place because they are literally 2 minutes from my house. My mistake. Never again. Rude people who don’t want to do their job or gain customers.

Made an appointment at 6 30 for a fill in they tell me ok over the phone. I get there at 6 30 and they say ohh were sorry we took someone else we close at 7 even though the website and sign says 7 30. So they refuse to take me and say come back tommorow at 6 and I explained 3 times I get off work at 6 and it takes me about 30 min to get there that’s impossible and instead of saying sorry or understanding she jus kept saying be here by 6 we take you. I left mad and googled nail salons huntington village and found blossom nails open till 8 pm and they even stayed later then 8 with me and multiple customers such amazing customer service amazing massage and A LOT cheaper then angel tips. Will never go to angel tips again.

ive gone to this place on and off for many many years. i started going to a diff place in huntington but they have grown too crowded so i got the groupon for gel manicure to try angel tips again (btw, gel mani $30 as opposed to most places in hton for $25). i was very disappointed. i got a pedicure which was good. but my gel manicure was being rushed because (typical) they dont say no to anyone who walks in the door and dont adhere to appointments. the lady stabbed my finger with the cuticle cutter and it really hurt and started bleeding!!!!!!! of course a cut like that does not stop bleeding easily so then there was blood in the nail polish! I had to tell her to stop and redo the nail bc it looked ridiculous (light blue polish!). after the stab, she apologized several times and slowed down and did a good job for the most part. if she hasnt stabbed me, i wouldve had to tell her to slow down, i was about to mention how she was haphazardly doing my cuticles and thin layers of nail polish. after leaving i took a closer look and i am still not happy with my cuticles (still some loose ends) and the polish does fully cover the tips of my nails so it already has tiny chips. and the nail with the puncture has caked blood and it completely horrible as far as polish – thin and barely covered the full nail. will not be returning here.

Don’t ever go here! I have them over a 20 percent tip and the lady complained it wasn’t enough. They are so rude there. There are a ton of other spots. Save your money!!!
