On a regular visit, I would give this salon a 5, but based on my experience today I am forced to give a 3 (it should be a 2). I have been coming here for over 2 years consistently and have been getting SNS (dip powder). Helen has been the Nail technician that I have been going to every time I get my nails done. She is great and I am very pleased with her service. I tried the hot UV gel a few times and I did not want to expose my hands to the UV every 2 to 3 weeks any longer. I told Linda, the manager, that I no longer wanted the UV gel and wanted to go back to using the SNS. She told me that the gel is better and I should keep using it. I told her I understood and that I no longer wanted the exposure to UV. Then she told me that she is going to charge me $15 extra to take off the gel because it’s a longer process to take off than SNS. This is not correct, because it can be taken off the same way as SNS, with acetone and foil. She told me that the only way to take it off is buffing the gel off each nail by hand. It’s not like I wasn’t getting another service. I was getting the SNS, so I’m not sure why I had to pay $15. Before I left, I told Linda that I was very disappointed that she charged me $15 to take off the gel and the only reason why I would ever go back to this salon was because of Helen. She continued to convince me that she had to charge me $15 extra because it is has to be taken off by hand. After I paid, she then tried to offer me two $5 gift certificates and I refused it. It is all about principle. As a repeat customer (every 2 to 3 weeks for the past 2 years), I did not feel valued and I honestly don’t know if I will return because of how Linda handled the situation. I have never had an issue since I’ve been going there for over two years, now I am considering to find a new place. I have to say that Helen has made me a repeat customer because she is friendly, understanding skilled and professional. Unfortunately, I’m not sure if I will ever return.

This nail place is really bad my cousin went to go get her nails and it popped off a day after she got it and she was supposed to pay after but she paid before and there’s no refunds. I don’t recommend this place. I got acrylics here and the woman who did my nails rushed and did not take her time at all. Three of my nails are crooked and some nails weren’t filed down enough. Overall it was a really messy job.

Critical: QualityI’m never coming back here and I recommend not coming here at all. I went to go and get my acrylic nails off that I had previously had on from another salon. The lady proceeded to pretty much rip my acrylic off of my natural nails by taking a tip and pushing it under my acrylic and popping them off leaving my natural nails ripped off and butchered. She then polished my nails with regular polish and left streaks and bubbles on them. She rushed on me because another costumer came in with an appointment. The lady proceeded to pretty much rip my acrylic off of my natural nails by taking a tip and pushing it under my acrylic and popping them off leaving my natural nails ripped off and butchered. The nail tech was very pleasant and friendly, the salon is very clean and they practice all Covid protocol. However the pedicure was not very well done and the polish used on my finger nails chipped after a few days. I did the UV gel polish. Very disappointing.

I hadn’t been here in a very long time, but decided to try when my local spot was packed. I was taken immediately. Like pretty much all salons the safety partitions were in place at the manicure stations. These were also in place at the pedicure stations, unlike my local place which has removed them, so I liked that. Not sure how how I got so lucky to be taken right away as a walk in client because everyone else was asked to come back later. I took a star away because they didn’t have a lot of the advertised gel colors in stock. They got an extra star for the safety measures.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityDO NOT COME HERE. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY.I came here because I really needed a pedicure but my usual salon was closed. I wasn’t satisfied with the look of my toes so I did not tip. A woman that seemed to be the owner literally ran after me as I was walking out the door asking why I did not tip. Here I am a month later , ready for another pedicure (not from here of course) and one my entire toe nails falls completely off. I look to see what could have caused this and there’s FUNGUS on the nail! Their tools must have not been cleaned properly because this has NEVER happened to me. I do not have a nail on my toe!!! These people are over priced because they do not do a good job. I paid for a manicure and they didn’t even soak my hands or push back my cuticles. My pedicure was not done the way I’m used to it. They did not use any salt in the water, no soap or lotion. They didn’t cut out my ingrown nails or ouch back my cuticles. The bottom of my feet feels like sand paper which is worst than how my feet were before I got them done. If you want your monies worth please go somewhere else.
