The nail salon was super busy but nobody was waiting. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and took care of me and my daughter. They gave us a massage at the end. I paid for another 10 mins for a masage , the guy was super attentive and made sure he was putting the right amount of pressure. Definitely recommend it!

Most rude nail salon I’ve ever been to! I’ve been going here for about 2 years for my eyelashes and Annie is very sweet and good at lashes but the other employees and front desk is beyond rude on the phone and when you walk in. Today I got my lip waxed and she was waving my tip around and laughing with the other workers and had my eyelash girl ask me why I didn’t tip more. I gave 20% as I always do and I’ve heard multiple stories about them demanding a 50% tip. Probably won’t be coming back!

I’ve been coming here for a while now. Always great detail to nails. I decided to get a French manicure which I don’t do on a regular and by day 3 they were all cracked and breaking off. I called and let Leo know, he told me to come back in and they would fix it. I can back to get them fixed and they wanted to patch up cracked nails- I told Leo that I wouldn’t mind paying again I just wanted them done right! The lady there fixed them and I tipped her $30 since I wasn’t being charged. On my way out Leo said to me, next time they crack like that don’t come back, go somewhere else. I’m completely shocked! They did my nails originally and they cracked but was upset when they had to fix them.

I stopped going here completely because of the male owner, He is not professional at all, and has no issue being rude with a CLIENT who is tipping 40%!! He yelled at me last time because I was extremely sick and told me your mouth is working right? (Meaning I could’ve called to cancel the appointment before) who cares about nails when you’re sick?? So money hungry.. I was so disgusted.He has serious anger issues. Not smart to lose me as a client, he should not be doing business or dealing with customer service

The owners are extremely rude and don’t mind screaming at you even in front of your kids. It’s a busy place maybe that’s why customer service is not in their business plan. I made a few appointments with them but once I was there they would give me whoever they wanted. I never said anything I just left upset at the situation after getting them done. The last time it happened I questioned about it especially because it was for my daughter thats 10 and she has ingrown nails so I needed a specific person. They came out louder than me not even my father treated me like that. My daughter didn’t want to do her nails because she felt uncomfortable having them treat me that way. Not planning on going back.

Worst experience ever! The male owner did my nails and screamed in my face at his workers plus he answered the phone the whole time.I paid for 10 minute massage and he was screaming again so I got up and was planning to leave until he sent me to the back with a girl bc I told him this was not relaxing at all! He also was so rude bc my daughter forgot to tip bc she left before me so he came running out after me telling to tip, which of course I would have, but it was the way he did it that was so rude!! Plus the place is filthy! Will never go there again.

I did the appointment and said i wanted to be with this one worker and i said the same for my friend and my brother was driving her. When I got there my friend was with a different person that i didnt ask for. We didnt mind that much but when we went to the front desk the lady screamed at us like “WHAT DO YOU WANT?!” I got mad but then my mom said that we were getting an appointment and she said okay but when we said about how we didnt want that worker the male owner screamed at us saying “WELL HE DIDNT TELL ME THAT” my brother said calmly “well when u make an appointment and u say the worker u want u should write it down” he was screaming at us to the point where we just left and we couldnt even get our feet done! Terrible customer service. The owner shouldnt even work there if he has that much anger issues.
