This was the worst experience and the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. My grand daughter will do a better job. Horrible experience when it comes to client service. The man who did my gel was rude, unpleasant, no communication, rushing to get to next client, no thank you…Don’t recommend this place and will never go back, neither will my family members, my friends or my neighbors.

I was a little apprehensive after reading some reviews but I thought I would give them a try. The atmosphere was very zen with soothing music playing in the background. Carla was pleasant and very skilled. While I was getting my manicure, I was treated to a complimentary shoulder massage. The whole experience was very relaxing. I will definitely be returning!

I here for a pedicure for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. I used to go to a different salon where they didn’t do a great job, and it often hurt. They also basically ignored me and only talked to me to complain that my feet were so bad that they would need to be done every week, it was embarrassing, so I quit going there. I never bothered to try to find a new place, until today. I came here and decided to try the tropical spa pedicure. It was amazing! They were gentle and did a great job. My feet have literally never felt like this, especially my heels, even though I haven’t had them done anywhere in ages! The foot massage was wonderful, and the whole procedure was very comfortable and relaxing and lasted almost an hour and only cost $35. Everyone was pleasant and friendly and the place was clean and peaceful, even though there was a steady stream of customers. I will definitely be going back!

Extremely disappointed!!!! I recently had a bad experience there and will NEVER return again!!!! This place has gone through so many new owners over the past 5 years. I was not overlooked once, but 4 times!!! I kept my patience until enough was enough! One of the young men was coming towards me to do my nails when the owner then sent him to someone else. I got up and immediately requested to pay for my pedicure and not get my gel manicure. I expressed my disappointment when the owner tried to apologize and justify the reason why she had passed me numerous times. Supposedly,she wanted to assign their BEST worker to me. Made NO sense!!!! She still charged me!!!!

I have been to this nail spa years ago while under old management, which wasn’t a good thing. However, I took a chance to try it again as it has been many years and I was very pleasantly surprised to find out it was under new ownership. The place looks so much better, it’s clean and very peaceful and everyone is pleasant. I am very happy I decided to go in here, Fiona is such a sweet lady and great at what she does. I love that they offer so many options for pedicures. I found my new nail spa! Will definitely come back in near future and try another type of pedicure with Fiona. Highly recommend this nail spa

This place is very clean. They use disposable plastic covers for the bath tub for the pedicure, and also disposable filers for your feet. If you want to get the best gel French manicure, then ask for Peter. He may be a little rough with your hands, but he doesn’t absolutely fantastic job that I always love.

Not a bad pedicure but felt rushed. There was barely any buffing or massage. I should have paid extra for the spa pedicure or at least the callus remover.The polish is neat, no smudges and my toes look much better than before.
