Honestly if I could give this place zero stars I would. First off we made an appointment for 5:00. We walk in and they tell us “we are busy come back later” but we made and appointment. Then she says okay sit down so we sat down waiting 30 mins finally a man took me to do my nails absolutely horrendous I can’t even explain he says I’m the beginning I don’t know how to do nails then proceeds to do my nails. I wanted get and he put blue on my fingers then I told him that’s not grey so then he puts grey on top of the blue color now it looks green mind you I have a wedding tomorrow and I’m in the bridal party I’m so disappointed I can’t even explain how terrible here is a picture.

I normally do the spa pedicure and it is great. Today the lady rushed, simply washed out the scrub without properly applying. She did not do a proper pedicure because apparently I didn’t pay additional for callus removal. Then for the massage part stayed on one section for 10 minutes. I decided not to complain again since she was defensive when I mentioned she had skipped some parts of the service. Service prices have gone up which is reasonable but the service should not suffer. So disappointed I was looking forward to my time at the nail salon. If you do go ask for Kelly she does an amazing spa pedicure.

Very cheap & sloppy place. There is always drama if you come to fix up a nail they messed up in the first place. Gel is cheap and wont last and they are cheap with the acrylic as well. I swear their trick is to do nails thin on the edge and use less material during filling so they can break easily and you have to come back. Nails are never even and they are not good putting acrylic all the way to the edge. I try to avoid this place. Beware!

I have gone there for easily 20 years or more. My daughter is also a customer for at least 10 years. She went in to have a mani and pedi and was left to soak her feet for almost an hour and her nails in acetone. The girl started the pedi and then was told to take another customer. After an hour, she walked out. It is a shame that they are not more customer orientated. The girls that work there are very nice. Love Jenny and Annie but am going to go somewhere else from now on. Truly a shame. They ruined her nails.

I told the lady doing my nails the shape I wanted which was $5 more. She didn’t do the shape and I told her over and over as she was doing my nails. When she was done I told her this isn’t right she told me I told her too late do I want $5 back? I paid $40. She then said wait for the manager who was on her lunch break. The manager supposedly already aware of the problem came in and took a customer and didn’t acknowledge me. I had to get up and go to her. She told me I had to wait if I wanted it redone. Over an hour wait for them to be redone because the worker couldn’t do her job properly.

I would recommend this salon. The salon is clean. I would suggest either asking for Annie or Jennie. They are both fabulous.
