Came here in the end of the year for a stress relief massage, got the simple 1 hour section and coming out as new for the new year. I communicate with the massage therapist so she knows where to put extra pressure and work. Place is clean and quiet. Price is fair and skill is decent.

I went last week last minute cause my shoulders and back were killing me and they made me feel like a new person. Every time has been great, they check in multiple times to make sure the pressure is good. They even use hot stones and hot towels most places charge extra for that. I like that they wipe off the lotion so your not greasy at the end. The place is very clean and everyone is friendly. Great massages at a great affordable price. I’ve been here 3 times now every time they do a great job. I went last week last minute cause my shoulders and back were killing me and they made me feel like a new person. Every time has been great, they check in multiple times to make sure the pressure is good. They even use hot stones and hot towels most places charge extra for that. I don’t usually post reviews but now, we just have a terrible experience with this spa. My husband and I booked an appointment for a couple massage but it was not even a satisfying service for us. They seem to be in a hurry while doing the massage and even the time we are changing our clothes that woman kept checking us if we are done! so annoying! The lady who had me showered my body with a lot of oil and did not clean me properly with the towel after and also she went out the room 3 times while having me. However we were still willing to give them tips despite of the bad services but!!! The worst part, that woman forced us to give them their desired amount of tips they said that amount should be given to them how rude! We were expecting to have a wonderful time together after a stressful work, that we can be relaxed by going there but unfortunately! everything turned to be a horror experience.

Been here many times, yet they asked if I’ve ever been there the other day, and asked if I had their punch card, which was never offered prior. Massage isn’t terribly expensive or bad, but each time I go, I leave a more than generous tip in the room, but when I go to pay and tell them I left tip in the room, they ALWAYS seem paranoid; like they don’t believe it…lol. I sometimes think that one of them may go check before I walk to far away after leaving…just in case. I may go back to the Quitopia in the mall, because their customer service is better. Kindness and a smile can go a long way in attracting repeat business.

Worst experience ever. When I reached there , she denied to accept my groupon and told that they will not make any money if they accept groupon. Massage was not at all professional. It was rough and towels they used to wipe body were rough enough to make your skin red and uncomfortable. Although I did not like the massage, she I though of tipping her but she pushed me to give the amount of tip she wanted. Overall it is rip off and I left with a very bad experience.
