Critical: QualityAbsolutely horrible! Listen I don’t ever write reviews but this one is needed! I got a full set of tips put on and literally in less than a week 4 broke, mind you I don’t do anything outside of the normal wear and tear that would cause these to break. One broke while sitting on the couch and scratching my arm! Went back to have them replaced and they did so (they did not seem happy) then when I went to tip them because it was nice they went to do it with no charge they laughed and made fun of the fact I was tipping them! Following day later two more nails broke. $80 a set shouldn’t only last a week. Never going back!!!Services: Manicure, Gel manicures, Waxing, PedicureAbsolutely horrible! Absolutely horrible! Listen I don’t ever write reviews but this one is needed! I got a full set of tips put on and literally in less than a week 4 broke, mind you I don’t do anything outside of the normal wear and tear that would cause these to break. I have been a very loyal costumer to angel tips in rocky point for over 4-5 years(every two weeks). A couple months ago I got a manicure, it felt rushed and she did not do a good job so I tipped her 20% (I always way over tip) the next time I came in I got confronted by the male owner asking me what was wrong with my manicure. I told him she did not do a good job. He than proceeded to make a huge scene about how he watched her and she did a good job. I got over this and actually went back even after this embarrassment. Today was the straw that broke my back. When I was there today I sat in the last seat near the bathroom and the break room. They had a leak in the ceiling so they had a garbage holding the door open to the break room. As I was getting my manicure I saw one of the nail ladies in the break room actually taking old used paraffin wax from the plastic bags which had been “thrown away”(that had been on people heels) and putting it back into the wax warmer. I was so appalled I stopped my manicure where it was and I asked to speak to Kim the manager. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that the nail lady who was doing it doesn’t speak English and doesn’t know what she’s doing. I am not one to make a scene but I was so disgusted by this I had to say something. Then when I was leaving they had the nerve to tell me “don’t say anything to anyone”. I will never be going back to this place and I don’t advise you to either.

Consistently excellent service and courteous staff. Truly enjoy the experience here. Massage included while your nails are drying- no tip jar out ( unlike the angel tips in Miller Place). The staff is friendly, conversational and pleasant to be around. Overall a very enjoyable experience!
