Critical: QualityThe girls were extremely nice here, however the girl doing my nails was new and didn’t have much experience. I tried to tell her that they were uneven but even when she tried to fix it they still weren’t right. I didn’t want to hurt her feelings and after being there for awhile just wanted to leave. I called back to speak to a manager in hopes someone else could fix it but was told she was not in the country at this time. I think she needs more experience before charging people for her services. Or simply tell the customers if she isn’t comfortable with this type of service. The girls were extremely nice here, however the girl doing my nails was new and didn’t have much experience. I tried to tell her that they were uneven but even when she tried to fix it they still weren’t right. I didn’t want to hurt her feelings and after being there for awhile just wanted to leave. My favorite tech left a Middletown salon and I needed a last minute appointment and was referred to here. I saw all the reviews and though wow this place looks great. I got in with the owner and arrived 15 minutes early and was given to another person (w.e not a big deal all I asked for was a gel manicure with design and hoped I was being passed off to someone who could do that) I usually bring a Pinterest photo since I’d never been here I brought a simple sunflower on the ring finger the guy started my manicure and proceeded to cut my finger and not say anything about it. He painted my nails and they came out bumpy like if I had painted them myself, and he struggled with the flower and then chose to use cherry red for the petals, I told him I didn’t like it and he was annoyed and took them off. He came back with foil press ons which cool but not what I was going for and not greatly executed pieces of fouls didn’t transfer and it looks spotty. He didn’t even use cuticle cream just lotion and messaged, the owner took a quick look and said very nice so I’m assuming this is what they put out. I know I got a last minuet appointment but I was there for an hour for a gel manicure with a design on one finger per hand. For $31 I’m not impressed. My one nail is like matte and dirty from the dust from taking off the red sunflower the one women pointed it out to him and he said something to her I didn’t catch. I also had to go home and file my nails, they were very jagged and just not smooth. I guess it’s back to searching for my go to place.

This was my first time regular gel pedicure here. Paid 45 + tip. When I got home and in the sun, both heels looked terrible! He filed them briefly with the block file. I could have done what he did myself for free…the whole point of a pedicure is to get the cracked dead skin off, polish and SHOULD be looking like you got a pedicure. Definitely will not go back!!! What a waste of money!!!

I got my nails done a full set of acrylic nails plus gel. A man did my nail . First thing the nails are super thick ,wavy and my index finger on my right hand is filed so much on one side my nail looks crooked like its pointing to the lef . Before I decided to post this review I messaged her the owner on fb and email and there was no respon . I’m never going bac . The price was decent $36 but the results definitely not worth i . I will deal with them for now and remove them and have them done again. My daughter had hers done as well by another tech and her nails chipped within a few hour and the tech rushed so much and did not massage my daughters hands. Mine also chipped and Its pulling up on my right thumb On the edge the next day. One more thing. The acrylic and color is so far from the cuticle that you will need it done again sooner Not worth it at all.

Got my nails done here twice and had a bad experience both times. Had acrylics done that were thick, uneven, and wavey. Had them filled and corrected at a different salon and wow a big difference.

I love this place because of the quality work and the pedicures are awesome. My only reason for giving four stars is because they don’t really clean or sanitize their work stations for the manicures very well between clients and I’m picky about that. I like to be relaxed when I’m getting my nails done, but I’d still go back here.
