My experience was similar to others who gave 1 star. I went last week for a dip manicure with tips. There was only the man with glasses, a younger woman and a toddler. The man seemed irritated that I walked in, which puzzled me because I was there to give them business and it was empty in there. He had a lot of trouble finding tips and establishing the right size for my nails, and gluing them on so they would stay. The dip was applied poorly because 2 nails would not dry. He would finish the nails, check and they would smudge and he had to redo them. This happened 4-5 times. Meanwhile the child was running around and at one point reached for the nail drill which was worrisome. I understand maybe daycare was closed for the holidays but it definitely wasn’t a relaxing nail experience. When all was said and done, I was charged $80. Yet when I got home I noticed the 2 nails that wouldn’t dry were smudged. Now it’s been 6 days and one nail has broken off. I will never go back and I suggest you avoid. I was polite and paid and even tipped when the customer experience was horrible.

Went in Saturday. Only 1 other person came in. A man with glasses did my nails in less than 20 minutes. He was rude, shaking my hand and telling me to relax. I have injuries that do not let my hands relax. Never had dip nails take less than an hour. Paid $45 with tip. Today is Thursday and the nails are all chipped and lifting. Didn’t even last 5 days. I work with children so I’m not doing anything rough with my hands. Never had this issue before. It was a waste of my time and money. I would NEVER recommend Angel Nail & Salon nor will I go back. Terrible experience.

2 weeks ago I couldn’t make an appointment at my normal place so I tried this one. I get gel extensions with a French manicure. They did not remove what was already on my nail so you can see the extensions through the polish and now 2 weeks later they are all popping off. I can normally go 3-4 weeks between fills. Would not recommend. Gel manicures

It is a big bright, nicely decorated place. No customers were there yet on Monday morning. The customer service was excellent and treated me very friendly. However, the price for regular pedicures had increased more than twice since my previous visit. I don’t think I‘ll go back again. Pedicure

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to. They didn’t rush us even though we were there later than the time they closed. Did a fantastic job on our hands and feet. Will absolutely be back and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI called to make an appt for noon on a Saturday. I walked in and the place was 100000% empty…on a Saturday. The guy took me to the seat at exactly 12:00 and he was DONE at 12:10…I asked for a gel manicure. He was kind of obnoxious, huffy and pushy. He didn’t wet my nails, he was rough with the cuticle pusher and my nails are streaky AF. He was SO rushed. But again, there was NOBODY in there. And then when I had to pay he told me he didn’t want to take my debit card because there would be a fee on his end so he told me I needed to use the ATM pay their fee instead. Like what? So yeah. $30 for EXACTLY 10 minutes and a terrible file job. Won’t be going back to this place. No wonder they were completely empty.Service: Gel manicuresI called to make an appt for noon on a Saturday. I’m a little disappointed. I had a mani/pedi done about a week and a half ago. I felt the color selection was very limited. My feet were in the water about 3 minutes…after they applied the polish. No moisture so cleaning cuticles was difficult. I felt their instruments were not sharp as they were pulling to remove the excess cuticle rather than cutting. After 5 days the gel polish on my hands started to peel. I called and asked for a reapplication and they wanted to charge an additional $30. I figured I’ll make it another week but by today they were worse. Called and made an appointment for 6:00 to remove the remaining gel polish and get a regular polish. Showed up at 5:50; THEY WERE CLOSED. This place is less than mile from my house and they seemed nice…he was more dismissive. Unfortunately my business is going elsewhere.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have never been to Angel Nails before and will never return. I made an appt for a Powder Manicure (although I did not need to because I was there for over an hour and was the only person in the spa). The male who did my service was obviously extremely annoyed at the powder that was already on my nails (3 layers) and huffed and puffed the whole time as he removed it. He was constantly telling me to relax my fingers , and shaking my hands but he was so agitated it was hard to relax. I was left with the WORST powder manicure I have ever gotten, for $5 more than the spa I usually go to (not in town). I’d love to be able to attach pics but it’s not part of this review. I have many many bumps, spots that are not covered, and overall gritty top layer that lacks the nice shine and gel feel I usually have after a powder manicure. Super disappointed in the entire experience and product. It’s no wonder the place was totally empty.Service: Dip powderI have never been to Angel Nails before and will never return. Angel is the cleanest most safest nail salon I have ever been to! I work in the medical field and their sterilization techniques are phenomenal and medical grade. They are fully prepared and have put in measures to safely do your nails without worry of contracting Covid. Tony, the owner is especially friendly and happy to pamper his clients! I have gone to see him exclusively for at least 5 years now and have never been disappointed! Call and make an apportionment today!
